tumblr....

For any and all tumblr users I thought I'd let you know - I've relented and set up a little table in the tumblr universe for my booky research project  'codex infinitum - the infinite book'....

You can find me as bookron.  I'm collecting all things booky and throwing a few of my book things on the site for good measure.... if you use tumblr (especially if you're also a booky arty person) make yourself known!

  1. I'm sorry to read this, Ronnie. Tumblr is just one more hassle that I don't need!
But see what this does for you http://regardingwolf.com/post/4448604797
It looks like a Brian Dettmer.
The direct link to Tumblr comes up as broken, but this should take you to my friend's blog.

  2. hee hee hee!

I'm FAIRLY disciplined... (except where chocolate is concerned) and can usually switch things off or leave the party when its no longer appealing to me..... hopefully I'll stay that way (I used to 'do' a lot in SU - stumbleupon - and found that I needed to just stop cold turkey as I was spending too much time talking about other people's art and not enough time making my own.... I missed it for all of about 30 seconds and then life went on as usual...) I think that's the thing to keep in mind with all online activities..... I can walk away without a backward glance... right now I'm interested in finding out HOW tumblr might be used in my arty research... and the answer may be - not at all.... expect a report sometime in the future

  3. I admire not only your art, craft, family and farm running skills, but also the ability to extend the 24 hour day to... 30-40???
Can't wait to visit your tumblr world!

  5. oooooo so you're going for 'the devil made me do it' defense eh abi? I'm still fiddling with the tumblr platform and will do for a while... I can see some ways in which it may augment my research project..... but mostly I see ways in which my time would be swallowed whole if I don't exercise restraint!
